Title: Intellivision Collecting Post by: Janzl on August 12, 2016, 02:46:12 PM This topic is split form darrin's collection topic. It's now about collecting Intellivision :)
Title: Intellivision Collecting Post by: ScottyDont00 on August 12, 2016, 03:18:27 PM Vectrexagon is a great game. You are the only one here is see collecting Intellivision too. I know Rafael collects it too but I don't know anyone else here doing that. I started collecting the original releases for INTV back in May. I think I'm up to 71 CIB games - nothing rare yet.. Title: Intellivision Collecting Post by: manopac on August 12, 2016, 03:33:45 PM I am 12 games from a full set for Intellivision (I collect original games only) - and of course Dieter is also collecting Intelli - he is even closer to a full set ;-)
Title: Intellivision Collecting Post by: immergruen on August 12, 2016, 09:57:05 PM I also collect Intellivision. And Vectrex and Interton VC4000.

It's getting harder and expensive when you're so close ... Title: Intellivision Collecting Post by: Rafael on August 13, 2016, 12:28:43 AM You are the only one here is see collecting Intellivision too. I know Rafael collects it too but I don't know anyone else here doing that. Not exactly a collection. I have few Intv games, most of them I had played with friends. But I also like the arts of the covers and reading the manuals. I think some of them even remember the Odyssey arts (There is even the beginning of the Odyssey logo behind the He-Man :)). Anyway donīt know much about the collection of Intv, I think here less than 30 cartridges were released. Also I like to have some Atari 2600 cartridges launched by Polivox, but it is impossible to find Atari cartridges in the box. Title: Intellivision Collecting Post by: Janzl on August 13, 2016, 12:45:25 AM Nice to read about everyone's Inty collection. Does any of you have a boxed Spiker? Talking about holy grails :D
Anyway here is an online list of my collection, every loose and double item is in it. I mainly use it for reference at retrofairs: http://videopac.nl/intv (http://videopac.nl/intv) Title: Intellivision Collecting Post by: ccc--- on August 13, 2016, 09:07:07 AM Nice to read about everyone's Inty collection. The intellivision kickstarted my collecting hobby. I came across one at a local thriftshop. Priced at 11,35 euro. Just after we gone from Guilders to Euro's. Since i never had seen a intellivision, not even back in the day (i only knew the 2600 and videopac), i bought it to see what it was. Well the rest is history. It's hard to find intellivision games here. Even at meetings. When i was on holiday in the US, i bought a few games in a thrift store, and a boxed intellivoice. Still have to buy me some speech games for it. |
