Haven't been here for a while but wrt quality... I suppose that's a bit of an unknown. When I asked if the price could come down they said they could use 'lesser quality' but that it then wouldn't err, but as good. So honestly no clue. Alibaba gave them, on average, pretty good reviews but you know that is...

It's a gamble either way unless you're willing to fly out there and oversee then entire process. Has anyone here ever had carts manufactured oversees? I'm assuming any repros for 2600 carts and what not are all done in China as well otherwise you'd kill yourself over the cost..

Ok so this is doing a bit of necromancy on a dead thread but it's for a good cause.

The cause of the problem is a faulty TEA1002 chip. The good Relo on this forum contacted me about this as he had the same problem and advised me to replace the chip.

Thanks again Relo!

I have the same problem with my G7400. It's fully operational except for joystich 2, which keeps moving down, even with the controllers disconnected. Opened the device, but my electronical knowledge is like 0, so I closed the lit quickly. Does someone have an instruction movie of replace (and measure) the right 74LS365N for this matter. Or does anyone know someone in the Netherlands who can restore a G7400/00?
