I not sure Iīll ask it correctly: How much high pixels will appear on NTSC system if it over the top grid horizontal line?

Not many. Probably less than the height of a character.

Yes, during this week I remembered I have Labirinth Game in the multcart so I tested it, the number over top grid line appears flikering here Roll Eyes
It just was a design I was doing, I was planning to insert a kind of a castle over the line, but since I get a better castle I was forced to put it more down.

I like to know why it happens, the number over grid in Labirinth Game appear flickering to me, but I put a number in the top of grid in the Ralph Baerīs pinball and it donīt have any fliker?

Labyrinth game is made for PAL consoles. PAL consoles have a longer vertical blanking duration than NTSC consoles. Updating the VDC is done during the vertical blanking. If you run a PAL game on an NTSC console, the processor might not be done with updating the VDC before the vertical blanking is over. Switching on the VDC again after the update could then be done too late, so the objects at the top of the screen will not be visible. The processor doesn't always have to do exactly the same number of calculations during different frames, so sometimes the display will be switched on sooner, so that's why the objects at the top of the screen might flicker.
