The excitement of a game. The mind of a computer.

We had a request for this one and I think it's time is overdue.  It's time for some pin... er, Thunderball!

Alrighty, this game grew on me the more I forced myself to play it...
had it as a small child. It can be a pain to keep the ball in play.

Already have beaten my highest score, and got a new record for myself...

Really great
How you know this pinball game is frustrating to me. Today i give it a chane and did 174030, I think it is the best I did, since other times I played it, just get few more than 100.000. Post your hints here Wink

Thank u,
and, 174,030 is a great score... my old best was (172,000)

I think you have a good feel for it, with a score that decent.
The key is to play Thunderball, over and over... and to experiment with the Flippers, and keeping them on the right side, and moving them to the left when you think u need to, and then back to the right. Also try different angles and hitting the ball in different spots on the Flippers below.

I try to keep an eye on the white ball, especially when it bounces, around the middle or it is on the LEFT side of the screen, I normally lose a life when the ball goes from left to right, it tends to fall down the middle... in that sequence. So, I try to have quick reflexes and launch the ball back out into play (if i can). Each game on Thunderball can be quite different... so it's tough to explain tips.

Try NOT to push the fire button too often, (throughout play) I think it can effect how fast the ball flies, and you don't want it flying down the hole at lighting speeds.
Only launch the ball fast when you are trying to knock out the color blocks at the top of the screen. Other times... , just gently push the ball up the middle and get it in play.

I read that your odds are best if you keep the Flippers set the farthest right...
if every technique fails.. this might be a good idea, although I just move the flippers
when my instincts tell me to...

Thanks.
I?ll try your tips, in fact my highest score was a good luck moment, after I tried other times and back to few more than 100.000, I hope to discovery that it?s a fun game. (I needed more than 10 years to discovery the same about Freedom Fighters)

Superb score! Almost at the 200,000 mark, impressive.

I tried today about 10 times, top score 185,000.

I think one major key is to break the blocks at the top! They are worth 10ks each Smiley

It's an okay game, if you accept the games rough spots, and accept a mistake now and then. It's unpredictable... I think a hard challenge can be good though, because if it was easy it would get boring.
