Well,  I really like VG5000
I donīt have one, I just knew about itīs existence years ago, but I really like it, itīs looks so familiar, itīs just like to play G7400. Who knows one day someone can do a module to play VG5000 games on G7400. Recently, someone made a Tetris game for it:

So itīworth to check.

I've got a VG5000, it looks nice, but it's a very simple computer. Most games are not very impressive in my opinion and are slow. One of the problems is that it doesn't have sprites like the G7400. The advantage of sprites is that you can move them easily, and they all have their own layer, so they can move over other objects. On the VG5000 you can only update characters (40x25), so especially collisions between objects don't look good.
The VG5000 has an EF9345 video chip, which is an improved version of the EF9340/9341 chipset of the G7400.

Really, some games like KC Munchkin and Turtles donīt do well on this computer. Anyway games where the charcaters moves "jumping" like these recent releases, looks really nice. Itīs a shame it canīt run on a G7400 Cry
