This is an AV mod with 2 transistors BC558 and BC548.
No video signal on TV
I must change the 680R resistor?

The 270pF capacitor should be removed.
Connect a resistor of 470 Ohm at the input of the amplifier (base of BC548) to +5V.

"Connect a resistor of 470 Ohm at the input of the amplifier (base of BC548) to +5V"
... finally works but the screen has horizontal lines.

Horizontal lines are the problem.

Why do you have a 75 Ohm resistor on the output?
Do the lines disappear if you put a capacitor between +5V and GND? (Try 100nF and 10uF.)

I think that there is NO horizontal lines
YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACgwSOKza0k
I've tried a 10nF, 100nF, 1uF, 10uF, 100uF ... finally NO line with a 470uF !

Have you tried to connect this mod also to an older (tube) TV?
Newer TVs might correct the video level themselves, older TVs won't.

This is a test on an older TV with the AV mod
YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=simdoO_RW28
This is the same game on the same TV with a G7401 RGB.
YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3754Jqozdg
Conclusion: my camera was bad to capture a good screen with both systems.

So the conclusion is that this A/V mod for the G7400 works well?
