In 1983, the promotional video of the Odyssey Command Center showed us a version of "KILLER BEES" different from the final version for Videopac +.
Different prototypes "KILLER BEES" for Odyssey3 from collectors do never proved that this version existed.
Now it's time to release it ... next month.

That´s nice. I probably said it before but I like much more that design than the other. I just like it keep the arcade felling on the game. Smiley

Please put me down for one!

Very cool!  I agree, this game feels like an arcade game. Smiley

Is it possible this version was never made (until now), and what we saw was just art/animation, and not programming?

I see that the blocks for the laserbeam are still red in the new background screenshot. It now feels like they are dissolving into the background.
In the original screenshot of the O3 background it looks like they are white or grey. Maybe this should be changed too before you start your production run.

The 1st screen was from a RGB output.
The 2nd screen was from a VIDEO COMPOSITE output.
The color of the laserbeam flags are correct on AV output.

I think, there must be a real prototype of this game:

http://www.the-nextlevel.com/odyssey2/media/videos/video.php?id=21

When you look at this video, you see in the background the TV screens under the Odyssey sign. On screen 3 is definitely Attack of the Timelord for Odyssey3 and on the second screen is in my opinion this Odyssey3 version of Killer Bees (first screen Freedom Fighters). Before the video ends there is the typical SELECT GAME screen from Killer Bees.

So in my opinion, there was or there is a prototype from this version out there.
