Apparently, Philips has released Odyssey2 games in Mexico.
The Philips brand and logo sticker on the cover box.
A spanish instructions sheet like for the Japanese O2 games.

How I remember besides Mexico, Odyssey was released in South America in countries like Peru, Venzuela, Urugay etc. Sometimes I use to check the Mercado Libre from these countries, I canīt remember but I saw a Killer Bees with the O2 manual and a sheet with typewritten rules in spanish.

I have a few Odyssey 2 controllers marked made in Mexico on the inside if I recall correctly.  I also have a few consoles with motherboards made in Mexico.  They are a light tan or brown color, rather than the green motherboards I'm used to seeing, and fairly reflective.

The last Odyssey2 games were assembled in Mexico, the Odyssey3 voice module and modem were also assembled in Mexico.
These 2 pictures show that Odyssey2 games were released in Mexico with Philips brand and the additional spanish manual is almost the same as a Videopac sheet.
