Thanks to Luciano who lent me a cable could connect me G7400 on TV, here are some videos? Is it that it is defective from the G7400 or can it be the converter?

Does your TV support PAL 50Hz?
Does the HDMI converter support PAL 50Hz?
Does TV / HDMI converter work with other PAL 50Hz console, such as G7000?

No.
Actually what I am trying to figure out is whether it is the G7400 or the Pal / Palm converter that is faulty.

To me it looks like sync is lost or the TV does not support the sync supplied by the console.

I have some RGB converters that convert PAL to NTSC, and a few that don't.  Perhaps one of the devices (TV or converter) don't support PAL 50Hz?
