Or the employees had make mistakes when they assembled the cartridges.
These cartridges can't be sold. They go to the trash or re-used or a few employees taked them for theirself ?
Now we know that french factory had called "BOL D'OR" for MOTO-CRASH.
I know they called "LE MANS" for #60 "TransAmerican Rally" and also "M.A.S.H." for #59 "Helicopter Rescue".
I think the factory had destroy (re-used) unsold games like "Des Chiffres et Des Lettres" for other games. Too bad.
