Still no NTSC version? I may order the PAL version if it's not happening

The programmer said that he will not work on the NTSC version until all 50 copies of the PAL version have been sold.
The videopac version works great on Odyssey2 but the HIGH SCORE is only displayed after the title screen,
You can't see your score during the game.
