Strange text from power on, pressing reset clears the error

I bought another G7400 and saw something strange.

When I turn on the power Killer Bees title screen will have different text.  If I press the red Reset button the keyboard normal text is seen.  These G7400 don't use the stock power supply, besides that they are same as when they were made.

Is this normal?

I am not sure if this is the case. Killer Bees has several easter eggs, but it´s look more like some bug.

I don't think its a bug.  I think its just how the hardware turns on.  Once red reset button is pressed all is normal.  Perhaps its due to 3rd party power supply.  Does anyone else's 7400 turn on without this issue?

Often games with the classic SELECT GAME formed strange texts
