Videopac G7401: No image on TV

Through an acquaintance who lives in France I got this console. I am from Spain.
But I have a problem... although the console turns on, it does not show an image on the screen.
The screen automatically switches to the scart channel when I turn on the console, but it doesn't show anything.
I know it turns on because I put the Wilco cartridge in it and it turns on.
He sent me two rgb cables and with both he does the same.

Before sending it, he showed me a photo where he turned on and showed an image.

I have tried it on several crt tv and several led.
I have opened and cleaned it.

i am not sure how the pinout of your SCART cable is...

Automatic switching to SCART Input is a good sign, but not the whole process...

For a picture to show the TV must set his SCART Input to RGB Mode, this can either be done in the TV Setup (on some TVs) or by providing a "switch to RGB" Signal on the SCART Input...
