I have been running FireFox and Windows XP and have never had any of these issues.

Also when using windows xp with safari for windows, the links show up as well.

Cool, I forgot that Apple made a safari for windows.  I should look into it.  I have never been totally satisfied with a web browser.  The main reason I use Firefox is becuase it has a nice spell checking feature, which I need. lol
