Wow, I didn't know there was a joystick with Videopac connector. Never heard of that one in all those years!

In the past, I also never saw other Videopac joysticks in the shops. After I get my "Captain Grant" joystick *, I thought, there are not more.
Till now, when I found the Quickshot for Videopac.

It`s funny, that there are after so many years new things to find.

Amazing! I wonder where they were sold. Made only sense in countries where the G7400 was available. But I am sure I never saw one of them here in Austria, allthough this is one of the countries where many G7400 were sold ...

I haven't found anything in a while. This week I got this advertisement from a comic book.

I love old advertises from the past. Wonderful to read and to look at.

Great find Rafael.

I am cheating on my Videopac console.
Today, I received a Colecovision. It has a RGB mod, so the picture is really crystal clear. It came with Zaxxon, Donkey Kong, Mousetrap and Smurf. A friend of mine had Smurf on his Colecovision like 33 years ago. I remember the graphics just blew me away. The game actually is kind of lame, but the smurf sprite and the background are just awesome, especially when you where used to play Videopac. A Flash cartridge is on its way, so I will be able to play through the library. So far, I really enjoyed playing the games.

The Atarimax cart for the Coleco Vision works great! It's a must have.
The only "gripe" I have with the CV are the controllers. I just don't like them. Fortunately you can use a Suzo Arcade or something similar. You just keep one of the original CV controllers connected for the numpad. (Works for most games).
Also keep in mind that if your CV gets graphic glitches (it will happen) it is either the powerswitch being dirty or the psu being faulty. There are replacement options for the psu.
Ne tirez pas sur le administrator!

Thanks Janzl!!
I will check out this controller. The CV has a 5V mod as well so the graphic glitches should not happen.

I myself can't remember. I found a date on the internet, 15 march 1984.

Negative. My first entry in my high score book for Terrahawks was on 14th January 1984, that's the date when I bought the game, probably with money I got for Christmas  :D

I am pretty sure the game was already in the stores before Christmas 1983, probably November/December. I'll take a look in my catalogs and magazines.

A truthsome list with official releasedates of every Videopac game would be very interesting. I wonder if this list exist.
