Probably not George, but something is only worth what a person is prepared to pay for it.  And I think that an unboxed cartridge which could easily be faked is worth the 185Euros that was being asked for it.

Congratulations on your latest finds. But caution!! We need some photographs of whats inside of the carts and also dates from the EPROMS to be able to tell you if you have test carts, and a version of 45+. It may also be that your "red" carts are simply nothing more than original bog standard carts just painted red, again we need photo's. Personally, if you've managed to find some new stuff I'm very happy for you, it seems like the videopac communiy has stagnated if you ask me.

A Service testcart usually doesn't have two displays, a picture of the inside would be nice...
(Could be some kind of multicart.)

...and red painted test carts.

True prototype carts usually don't have a Videopac number (as the number was not yet known at the time of the first tests).
Have you already tested any of those carts?

The prototypes i have seen never had a metal shield over the rom. Most likely there will be a normal rom underneath the shield, not a eprom, what most prototype seem to have.
It looks like somebody was a bit bored an painted the carts.
