A Commodore PC10-III with harddisk and one 360Kb floppydrive. Did power it up but i didn't get a picture. Tried the composite out, have to try the cga out, first i need to make a cable for it.

20 MB MFM harddrive  ?  :)
It's a MFM drive haven't checked the size. But my guess is 20 Mb indeed, since this was a common size back then.
Have to check if i can use the onboard 8bit ide, hookup to a cf to ide interface.
But first i need to get picture, otherwise it's no use.

The PC10-III supports CGA and Hercules graphics selectable by DIP switch on the back.
Could be it is in Hercules mode now and that has some weird frequencies and different pin assignments on the 9 pin port.

Tried all 3 possible documented positions on the back. Monochrom (mda/hercules), 40 coloms color and 80 coloms color. No luck with component out. 80 colom on composite is ntsc like documented. 40 color and monochrom is pal. Screen switches between ntsc an pal when select mode, but no picture.

Bummer.. And the video circuit is on the mainboard  :(
Maybe you can install a ISA videocard as last resort but unknown if that is going to work... (and if you are able to find one...)

It's dead. At one point somebody spilled water onto the mainboard, causing massive corrosion in the area of the systems memory and paradise chipset.
Power supply is ok, and maybe the mfm drive is oke, so it can be used as spare parts. The case would look great to do some sort of case mod with. Maybe building a c64 or amiga inside if the mainboard fits. Or a baby pc mainboard.
