international sellers, ranging from single-tables to large sellers.
- Take yourself or your kids to the
museum area with many playable game systems and homecomputers.
- Visit the
homebrew area with the largest collection of homebrew available (across all platforms) and talk to the developers.
- Hear
famous game developers from back in the day talk about developing games (and/or have them sign your games).
- Enjoy the
many new homebrew releases that debut at the event.
- Play the whole Mage Trilogy, including
Mage 3 (that won't be out until summer 2014) when the game makes its first public appearance at the show.
- Learn how to
build your own arcade cabinet.
- Watch Commodore 8-bit music legend

Special Guests:- Famous Commodore developer "Boys without Brains", known from hits like Hawkeye (C64), Flimbo's Quest (various platforms) and Disposable Hero (Amiga, CD32) will be joining our Q&A panel. Ask them everything you like to know about developing videogames in the 80s and 90s.
- Both BoysWithoutBrains and Jeroen Tel are now both mentioned and detailed at the Special Guests page.
Homebrew Area:- Simon Quernhorst (Atari, Commodore developer) is joining the Homebrew Area
- VPBelgium is joining the Homebrew Area and will have a new release for the event.
More updates to the event:- Playable version for one of my PC/current gen console projects: Wildforce. This is what i've been up to for the last few months. The project was selected last month as part of the Indigo festival the features the 20 most promising dutch games. Retro Event will officially have the second public demo build available for play.
- VPBelgium will release the videopac game High Water Patrol at the event
- I plan to release the videopac game Down! at the event
New additionions to the homebrew area:- Famous C64 homebrewer Paul that has been responsable for the recent C64 versions of Canabalt and Super Cratebox will show his games as well as his new project.
- Atari Lynx homebrewer: Alex will show his upcoming projects.
- GertK will demonstrate his interesting hardware projects for zx81 and videopac
