Hi guys,

My apologies if this is post is against any of the forum rules.
I'm the developer of an app that allows you to manage game collections, to which recently, Videopac / Odyssey2 support was added to it.
Would be great to get some feedback on how it could be improved, one item already on the to-do list is adding hardware.

The app is called Retro Game Collector, available for iOS and Android, when the app starts you'll be able to select a free console of choice (for which you can then select Odyssey 2 / Videopac).
You can get it from here:
iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/retro-game-collector/id1263883854
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.puregaming.retrogamecollector

I also have the feeling that there is an active homebrew scene, would those released games be considered as a 'requirement' for having a 'complete' collection?

Again, any feedback would be appreciated, thanks for your time!

I think this is quite relative and everyone has their own concept of what it is to have a complete collection. My primary search has always been the games released in Brazil, the collection of 60 games, I ended up discovering a game released by another company that nobody knew. Then I ended up getting excited and leaving for the Odyssey Aventura magazines. I am fascinated by the Odyssey cover art, so for example, I would never be interested in those black number one covers, for me one of the least attractive covers ever released in videogame history.

For me, it was great to see my favorite game console in a modern app. Was fun to put today a part of my collection into your app.

Some games I miss, like Videopac A and V,  Parker Bros. game Super Cobra or Q*Bert. Also Traffic 1 and 2.

When you, for example, put Killer Bees from Magnavox and Killer Bees from Philips into your app, then you must also put Quest for the Rings (Videopac 42) and Conquest of the World (Videopac 41) from the european market into your app. Some "normal" Videopac games exsist also as Videopac plus (+) games. These are Videopac 1 (Race), Videopac 11 (Cosmic Conflict), Videopac 20 (Stone Sling), Videopac 34 (Satellite Attack), Videopac 39 (Freedom Fighters) and Videopac 43 (PickAxe Pete). These games have better graphics and a different "plus" cover. Also Videopac 38 (Munchkin) and Videopac 22 (Space Monster) came later in a different cover for the plus box.

To be better, you must also add the wonderful Jopac games from France into the app.

To be a dream app you must also add the Brazil games.

And then, there are the Siera and Radiola games, the Canadian and Japanese games and the unbranded games for Schneider. But I think this were too much.  ;:) :D :D :D
;)  Killed the Killer Bees  ;)
