Videopac C7010

Hello,

I have a Videopac G7000 with a C7010 game and module.
The game starts. I can chose to play with white or black. I can select a level from 1 to 6.
If I choose white I can input a move (e2-e4) but the move is not displayed and there is no countermove. In the right upper corner I can see that it looks like the console is thinking but nothing happens.

If I choose black then the console is not maling a move.

Is this a familiar problem and can or be solved?
