You don't have to answer anything, you have to return the money for two games purchased ready for delivery in January 2024. Cote Gamers decided this unilaterally but didn't do it, only returned the money in September after I gave up on getting an answer and I shared what happened with all my followers and with the possible help of Marc Verraes.
