Videopac Base, where to get it?

My first post here, just saw a movie of Videopac Base on Youtube but can't seem to find anything but dead links when I try to find somewhere to download it? Is it gone forever or could you guys point me to where I can get a hold of it?

Yeah I saw that when I checked before posting, funny because that's the home of it. I actually had to fire it up to get the link! I've got the main page on my links and a mention to TVB but I think I'll now add a link to the sub-page.

Remember you need O2EM for the emulation, but I guess the full download has that!

Yes, its a "hidden" link.....

The idea behind was:
